An Italian Vegan Feast
Italian cooking is very rich in delicious vegan dishes – full of grains, pulses, fruit and vegetables – and this is reflected in the Italian Vegan Feast menu.
This is a 6-course guaranteed meat, fish, eggs, dairy and honey free zone, with no headache about what you can and can’t eat!
And just because this menu is vegan, super healthy and wholesome, it doesn’t mean it will be all ‘knitted yoghurt and muesli’! Although the menu will draw on the Italian traditions of cucina povera (‘poor people’s food’ i.e. no meat, fish etc.), this will be a sophisticated eating experience.
The following vegan friendly products will be used:
- Tate and Lyle Sugar OR Billington’s Sugar
- Kinnerton Chocolate
- Aspall’s Red Wine Vinegar
- Honeybone Organics Dandelion Syrup (a honey substitute)
There is a single option, strictly vegan menu offered at this supper club and no separate options for meat fish or vegetarian dishes with egg, cheese or milk products are available. The menu contains nuts.
